Tri-County Abstract and Title Guaranty, Inc. of St. Cloud, Monticello and Cold Spring, MN is looking for candidates who are interested in becoming an integral part of a growing, enthusiastic, independent title company whose services include commercial, residential and development closings with an expertise in 1031 exchange transactions and construction disbursing services. 

We are currently in search of a Full-Time Title Examiner and Closing Assistant for our St. Cloud office which houses our production team of attorney examiners, abstracters, order entry, commitment and policy specialists currently serving a team of approximately 30 people throughout our three locations.
